      Hi Emal,

      Like Humans, dogs die from dieases they catch, old age when their bodies can no longer sustain them or from accidents. As long as an owner looks after their dog, their dog will lead a happy life and that is all we can ask for.

      as james said dog’s have varying life spans i think the rule of thumb is 1 year for us is 7 for a dog
