• Question: do shadowos weigh anything

      Hi KaiF,

      Nope, shadows are without weight because they are just regions were light is stopped from reflecting by a solid structure.

      shadows don’t weight anything as they are the absence of light

      Although you now know the answer, you could try to find this out in an experiment!

      Wait for a sunny day, take your scales outside, and first measure your body weight in full sunlight and then find a shadowy place and measure your body weight again. If they are the same, the shadow does not add any body weight.

      Of course you can’t eat anything in between the two measurements or do anything else that might affect your body weight ;)!
