  We die for a number of reasons. Some of us just die of old age because we reach the point where our bodies can no longer function. Some people die of disease, something they catch or a cancer that develops, they often die earlier and can die at any age. Some people die from accidents such as car crashes which break their bodies.
  
  Some people die because of unknown conditions that can cause a sudden death. My dad died from such a condition 5 years ago, he was healthy and then one day suffered from Sudden Adult Death Syndrome. As a result I am regularly tested to ensure my heart doesn’t do the same thing.
  
  Death happens for many reasons, we just have to make the most of what happens while we are alive. Make the best of your life, I do, it’s led me to here and I am very lucky if I’m honest!
